How fit do I need to be?

Gran Canaria is predominantly mountainous and days can be as long or as a short as the individual and group fitness allows. We would expect our riding guests to be competent cyclists, we will take care of the routes on a daily basis subject to group and individual fitness as the days here can be as long and tough or as short or easy as our riders would like.

People also come here to train for specific goals so if you are looking to keep your winter base fitness or wanting a more relaxing cycling holiday, talk to us and we’ll make sure you get exactly what you need from your week.

Our guides speak English and Norwegian. The language on Gran Canaria is Spanish and due to the large amount of tourism here, you will find most places speak basic English.
